AuthorStephen Ware has taught at the University of Kansas (KU) in Lawrence, Kansas, since 2003 and in 2019 became the Frank Edwards Tyler Distinguished Professor of Law. His areas of teaching and writing include contracts, consumer and commercial law, bankruptcy, judicial selection, and dispute resolution alternatives such as mediation, negotiation, and arbitration. His work with KU students extends to coaching the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team and advising the Federalist Society.
