Presented by the Penn State Arbitration Law Review, the 2020 Arbitration Symposium featured five arbitration experts speaking on a variety of topics related to collective bargaining arbitration and adhesive arbitration. Joining Professor Stephen Ware on the symposium panel were Mark Gough of Penn State University, Theodore J. St. Antoine of the University of Michigan, Jill Gross of Pace University, and Richard Bales of Ohio Northern University.
Drawing upon their extensive combined experience, the panel offered complex and multifaceted insights into forms of arbitration ranging from general collective bargaining to arbitrated employment agreements. Ware praised the symposium: “I learned a ton from the other speakers, who draw on their experiences in the trenches of arbitration as well as their broader perspectives as prolific scholars.”
